Newly constructed 268 m² detached single-family house in the municipality of Sant Pere de Ribes.

The house is structured around a main cantilevered volume that generates shade, solar protection, and a spacious porch on the ground floor. This design maximizes energy efficiency, reducing direct sun exposure in the summer and improving indoor comfort throughout the year.

The ground floor brings together the most social spaces: an open-plan kitchen, a large dining area, and a living room that extend toward the terrace and the pool through panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The large-format window frames allow for a complete opening, multiplying the usable space and creating a direct connection with the garden.

On the upper floor, the bedrooms are oriented toward the best views, protected by the structural cantilever. The master bedroom enjoys a fully glazed facade that brings the landscape into the room, reinforcing the sense of spaciousness.
