A multi-family townhouse building designed for collective residential use and a commercial premises on the ground floor. The project is a private development tied to its promoters, set within a three-story property plus an upper terrace, featuring complementary communal spaces.

The facade, characterized by warm vertical lines and glazed balconies, acts as a light filter and provides the building with an elegant presence within the urban landscape. Each home opens up to the street through large windows that allow natural light to flood all spaces, from the bedrooms to the living areas.

The main floors integrate the kitchen, dining room, and living room into a single open-plan space, enhancing visual continuity and versatility of use. In the duplexes, a lightweight and well-lit staircase organizes the transition between levels without losing transparency or comfort.
